Reminding donors of their "why"

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society did not let the pandemic slow down their mission to cure childhood cancer, and moved their Man & Woman of The Year campaign online.

During this virtual event, champions of the organization from every region of the United States learned how to engage their communities to raise funds for LLS.

On the first day of the event, organizers used Piccles to have everyone visualize their "why". As participants drew on their phones, they could see their response, along with all the other responses appearing in real time.

On the second day of the fundraising event, each donor had to select a pledge amount they were aiming to raise.

But before committing, and unbeknownst to them, the Piccles team had downloaded all of their drawings, and created this video replay to reinforce their "Why" again.

And then it was time for pledges - everyone used Piccles to their fundraising goal, and occasionally erased it to add a higher number after seeing what others were aiming for.

When it's for a mission as important at LLS, this kind of competition benefits EVERYONE.
