IMEX engages attendees around their sustainability pledge
Organizers of IMEX - the International Meetings and Events Exposition - were looking for ways of engaging attendees around their new sustainability pledge.
Senior Operations and Sustainability Executive Roger Lehner reached out to Piccles to power the activation.
The color palette was set to IMEX's colors so this colorful forest would be on brand, and attendees were encouraged to scan a QR code to participate, making it easy to join and hard to spread germs.
With only this TV, hundreds of attendees joined activation, and 1,000 real trees found new roots around the world.
For the cherry on top 🍒 IMEX had this video made to promote their act of goodwill with the world and inspire other events to do their part.
