Building a global team
Atlassian is a remote-first company and needs to be intentional about building camaraderie and connection with everyone working from home.
With two new employees joining their team, their manager reached out to Piccles for an hour long facilitated teambuilding experience.
Questions were designed to spark conversation, reveal stories, and get Jessie and Sergio to share more about themselves and get to know their new team.
Favorite foods were shared, superpowers were expressed, and the experience ended with a team member sharing the current Koala situation around their house. Apparently Koalas in heat make quite a ruckus 🤷♀️
