Organizers at the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) were looking for ways for their members to connect with one another at their fall meeting, which had just moved online.
Heidi Henning, the VP of Meetings & Events at NAR had just learned about Piccles after a successful virtual networking night with the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS.
NAR used Piccles as an icebreaker for attendees to engage with as they arrived online. Attendees contributed hundreds of self-portraits and representations of the association’s ® trademark symbol seen above. But where the application shone brightest was in a smaller session, where attendees used the tool to record their responses to questions about how they felt and what they valued. That turned out to be one of the conference’s highest-rated sessions, Henning said.
How did the National Association of REALTORS use Piccles?
How long were the activities?
5 - 15 minutes
What questions were asked?
What products came from the experience?
The pressure was high with such a large event and thousands of REALTORS tuning in to their first-ever virtual conference. For this, Heidi made use of Piccles Experience Designers, facilitators and moderators to ensure the experience ran smoothly.
